  • Workshop Details: Each participant will craft their own mozzarella, butter, and ricotta from start to finish, using locally sourced milk and cream (where possible). A selection of rennet options will be available, with each type thoughtfully discussed during the class. As you are guided through the cheese-making process step by step, you will gain both the knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to create simple dairy products on your own. At the end of the session, you’ll leave not only with a deeper understanding of the craft, but also with one pound of freshly made mozzarella to enjoy. Instructor provides all the necessary ingredients and equipment. Host provides participants and a space to make in!
