What you’ll learn

  • The basic science behind fresh cheese and cultured butter

  • How to make fresh mozzarella (stretching and shaping curds)

  • Churning butter from scratch and seasoning it simply

  • Safe practices for working with milk and rennet, and tips for recreating these at home

Group Size & Pricing

Private 1–2 Person Experience

  • $500 flat rate
    For an intimate, personalized session (approx. 2 hours).

Small Group Experience (5–10 guests)

  • $200 per person
    A warm, communal gathering—minimum 5; maximum 10.

Host provides the space. All ingredients, equipment, and setup are included.

  • Every participant takes home their own handcrafted mozzarella, butter, and ricotta—a trio of simple, beautiful staples made by hand.

  • An elegant, minimal setup designed with a slow-living touches

Add-Ons (optional)

  • Seasonal grazing board — $150

  • Premium ingredient upgrade (organic/pasture-raised milk, specialty salts) — $50 per group

  • Extended session (+45 minutes) — $75

  • Extra mozzarella balls — $10 each

Length & Travel

Length: Approx. 2 hours
Travel:

  • Travel up to 50 miles from my home is included in the workshop price

  • Beyond 50 miles, travel is $1 per mile.

  • For locations significantly outside my immediate area, please contact me to discuss logistics and any additional fees.

Booking & Payment

  • 50% deposit to reserve your date

  • Remaining balance due 7 days prior to the workshop

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 30 days before the workshop: Full refund of your deposit.

  • 15–30 days before the workshop: 50% refund of your deposit.

  • Less than 15 days before the workshop: No refund.
