Artisanal Fermentation Workshop: Vegetable Ferments, Apple Scraps Vinegar & Sourdough

Immerse yourself in the ancient art of fermentation with this hands-on workshop where you’ll craft three unique, health-boosting ferments: a flavorful vegetable ferment (such as red cabbage or kimchi), a tangy apple scraps vinegar, and the beginnings of your very own sourdough starter. Guided by the principles of slow-living and mindful craftsmanship, this experience teaches you how to use simple ingredients and traditional methods to create probiotic-rich foods that support gut health and enhance flavor.

Picture this: the satisfying crunch of fresh cabbage being shredded, the smell of vinegar brewing, and the magic of sourdough coming to life. Hosted in the comfort of your own space, this workshop allows you to slow down and reconnect with the age-old practice of fermenting foods—without the rush or overwhelm of modern life.

The experience culminates in a deeper understanding of fermentation, along with the satisfaction of taking home your own creations to nurture your body with, or share with family and friends. Whether you’re new to fermentation or an experienced home cook, this workshop offers a thoughtfully curated, sensory experience rooted in tradition, health, and creativity.

These aren’t casual cooking classes—they are beautifully curated, in-home experiences crafted with intention. Every workshop is thoughtfully styled—simple, natural, and rooted in a slow-living aesthetic.
