Artisanal Pasta Workshop: Handmade Pasta & Seasonal Sauces
Immerse yourself in the timeless tradition of pasta-making with this intimate, hands-on workshop where you’ll craft handmade pasta from scratch and create seasonal sauces to pair with your creations. Using a KitchenAid mixer and its attachments, we’ll streamline the pasta-making process while preserving that authentic handmade quality. While we won't be using traditional rolling methods, you’ll learn the essential techniques for achieving the perfect pasta dough consistency and texture, and how to pair it with flavorful, seasonal sauces.
Picture this: the rhythm of working the dough, the aroma of fresh basil and tomatoes filling the air, and the simple joy of transforming basic ingredients into something extraordinary. Hosted in the comfort of your own space, this workshop blends the art of pasta-making with the pleasure of crafting a meal to share with loved ones.
The experience culminates in a shared meal where you’ll savor your freshly made pasta paired with delicious, seasonal sauces. It’s a moment to connect, indulge, and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
Whether you’re a passionate foodie, gathering with friends or family, or simply looking to slow down and create something beautiful together, this workshop offers an intimate, thoughtfully curated experience rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and the joy of making something by hand.
These aren’t casual cooking classes—they are beautifully curated, in-home experiences crafted with intention. Every workshop is thoughtfully styled—simple, natural, and rooted in a slow-living aesthetic.
