Work With Chicken Librarian

Distinctive experiences rooted in food, farming, hospitality and place.

Chicken Librarian works with farms, preserves, inns, lodges and other distinctive properties to develop experiences that bring together the people, food, traditions and landscapes that make a place worth knowing.

I develop the concept. I shape the experience. I curate the people who bring it to life.

Experience Curation

Some places have everything they need for a remarkable experience—they just need someone to see how the pieces fit together.
Chicken Librarian works with properties and organizations to create thoughtfully conceived experiences around what makes their place distinctive.

That might mean:

  • a gathering around the farm's seasonal harvest

  • an immersive outdoor experience

  • a multi-day food and land experience

  • a dinner built around a particular tradition

  • a collaboration between a property, chef, farmer and guide

  • a new way of inviting guests into a place.

The goal is to create something people remember.

How It Works

What I Do:

  • Concept Architecture: I design the narrative timeline, theme, and sensory flow of the experience.

  • Artisan Sourcing: I vet and coordinate the creative culinary partners, including guest chefs, open-fire cooks, florists, and land stewards.

  • On-Site Executive Hosting: I dress the room with my energy, welcome your guests, prompt the producers, and personally host the evening to anchor the storytelling.

What the Property Provides:

  • The Canvas: The physical venue, pasture, kitchen infrastructure, and baseline event insurance.

  • The Logistics: Table and linen setup, cleaning, dishwashing, and physical food preparation staff unless a guest chef is brought in for the event.

  • The Audience: Handling the booking software or ticketing platform and marketing directly to your built-in guest list.

Let's create something worth experiencing.

If you have a place, property or idea that you think could become something more, I'd love to hear about it.
