Chicken Librarian Concierge offers thoughtful, highly personal assistance for everyday life, your home and property, special occasions, and the experiences you want to remember.

Whether you need someone to take care of a list of errands, coordinate the details of your home while you're away, plan something extraordinary for a special occasion, or design an immersive culinary journey, I'll take care of the details with the same attention I bring to everything at Chicken Librarian.

My work is rooted in food, farming, hospitality, and place—but the possibilities extend wherever your needs and curiosity take you.

Everyday Concierge

    • Property check-ins

    • And the occasional request that doesn't fit neatly on a list

  • As-Needed Concierge

    $75/hour · 2-hour minimum

    For occasional assistance, individual requests, and one-time needs.

  • Essential Concierge

    $275/month · up to 4 hours

    For individuals and households who want a trusted person to handle life's details on a regular basis.

    Additional hours: $65/hour

  • Lifestyle Concierge

    $600/month · up to 10 hours

    For clients who want more ongoing support and a concierge who becomes a trusted part of their routine.

    Lifestyle members receive priority scheduling and expedited response for time-sensitive requests.

    Additional hours: $60/hour

  • Memberships are month-to-month. Unused hours do not roll over.

Home, Property & Farm

  • Take care of what's important while you're away.

    In addition to concierge services, Chicken Librarian offers home, property, pet, and farm support for times when you need a trusted person to look after things while you're away.

    Home and property support may include home check-ins, receiving deliveries, meeting vendors, coordinating household services, preparing a home for guests, and pet care and is included in our Everyday Concierge packages.

    For farms and livestock, separate Farm & Livestock Care is available for clients who need routine animal and farm care while they're away.

  • Farm & Livestock Care

    Starting at $75/visit

    Farm and livestock care is priced separately from concierge memberships and is customized according to the animals, number of visits, and care required.

Celebrations & Gatherings

  • Make the occasion feel effortless.

    Some moments deserve more than a reservation and a reminder on the calendar.

    I can help coordinate birthdays, anniversaries, special dinners, guest experiences, intimate gatherings, proposals, and other celebrations—from the initial idea through the details that bring it all together.

    For larger or more involved celebrations, I'll create a custom proposal based on your needs.

  • Bespoke Experiences

    This is where Chicken Librarian Concierge goes beyond everyday assistance.

    I design deeply personal experiences rooted in food, farming, hospitality, culture, and place.

    A farm-to-table dinner. A private chef experience. An immersive weekend in East Tennessee. A culinary journey through another part of the country. Eventually, wherever in the world your curiosity takes you.

    Each experience is thoughtfully researched, personally curated, and designed around you.

    Bespoke experiences begin at $500 and are custom quoted.

    Third-party expenses such as accommodations, meals, transportation, tickets, guides, and other experience costs are separate from the Chicken Librarian planning fee.

    Once we've agreed on the scope and pricing, I'll handle the details and keep you informed along the way.

  • Service Area

    Local concierge services are available within 50 miles of the Chicken Librarian service area. Travel beyond 50 miles is available at $1 per mile.

    Bespoke experiences are different. They can take place wherever the experience calls for them—from East Tennessee to destinations across the country and around the world.
